Flower Selection

THE PROCESS

LET’S CONNECT

You want flowers, now what? Here is a step by step guide on how our process works.

  1. Contact Us – After you have set a date,  picked the location of your event and have set a floral budget, send us an email or message through the website’s contact form.

  2. Let’s Get to Know Each Other – If we are available on your event date, we will have a phone appointment to get to know each other. We will collect basic information from you such as your location, guest count and flower concepts that you are striving for. This short meeting will ensure we are a good fit to produce your dream florals.

  3. Consultation – This in person or online meeting will be a detailed conversation about your vision and event concept. We encourage you bring any vision boards, Pinterest pictures, magazine cut outs, photos, color samples, fabric textures, trinkets or anything that inspire your floral decor. These items will help guide us to bring your look to life.

  4. Proposal – With all of the information we have gathered from you, we will build a proposal detailing your ideas, colors and overall vibe. This will also include price options to match your budget.

  5. Locking In Your Date – After reviewing the proposal, we require a signed contract and 50 % non refundable deposit in order to secure your date. Once we receive both your signed contract and deposit, we will start to design all the details for your event.

  6. Perfecting The Details – You will have the opportunity to tweak and refine all of your details and finalize your choices up to 30 days prior to your events

  7. Bringing It All Together – After finalizing your choices, for large weddings of 100 guests or more, we will present you with a mockup of your table design choices six weeks prior to your event.

  8. We’ve Got It From Here – This is when you relax, trust the process, while we create magic and make your floral dreams a reality.
